Umeshu plum liqueur with shiso - Extra Years Choya 50ml
Traditional liqueur in Japan, it is sweet and delicately flavored with this unique taste of Japanese plums called "ume". Very nice as aperitif or as a dessert, it is served cold and with ice cubes depending to your taste. Ume plums in the bottle can be eaten.
Using only carefully selected Kishu Minami Takame plums, natural red perilla is added to plum liqueur that has been aged for more than two years, hence "Extra Years". It is characterized by the vivid colors and refreshing flavor of natural red perilla.
Choya Extra Shisho is a traditional Japanese Umeshu made entirely from Japanese ume and flavoured lightly with shiso herb (perilla), giving a soft pink colour.
Choya carefully follows the traditional Japanese Umeshu recipe, with no added preservatives.
Ingredients: ume fruit, sugar, cane spirit, perilla extract, vegetable colouring.
