Founded in 2005 in Mishimi city in Shizuoka prefecture, Japan, Floyd was born from a group of designers who had set for objective to “relay emotions, create the surprise and give smiles to people”. Since then, Floyd has been developing items with unique and stylish designs coming from the encounter of contemporary designers and traditional craftsmanship.
Invite the beautiful Mount Fuji at your table. The volcano is admired everyday for its different aspects. This set of 2 ramen bowls and 2 small bowls represent the mountain in blue, with clouds tied to its top, and in red enlightened by the moon. As its landscapes, each hand-crafted glaze is different which makes each bowl unique. Placed right side up or upside down, you can vary the sceneries on your table or in your kitchen.
