Tempura flour mix - 300g
Japanese style flour batter mix for making deliciously light and crispy tempura. Ideal for prawns and vegetables.
Clean and cut your prawns and vegetables (sweet potatoes, eggplant, carrots...).
Add a little bit of water to the mix to obtain a light pancake batter.
Dip your ingredients in the mix and fry few minutes in a wok.
