Dried kombu seaweed
Prepare homemade dashi broth is possible !
Preparation / 600ml of Kombu dashi broth
Cut a kombu seaweed about 5 x 7cm.
Gently wipe the kombu with a cloth.
Put in a pot with 700ml water and let it seep for 6-8 hours.
Then, simmer over low heat, remove and discard kombu just before boiling.
Do not eat the seaweed used for your broth.
