Bull-dog , sauce Tonkatsu ( pour le porc pané, le polet pané et etc ) est une sauce plus populaire au Japon. Cette sauce est 100 % végétale. Certains gens mangent des sushis avec cette sauce également. Je ne recommande jamais. Mais comme vous voulez. P.S. pas de souci, il n'y a pas de chien dedans.
