Delicious Japanese noodles called soba made of buckwheat and sweet potato. Easy to prepare and good for your health.

Quantity

Dip the soba noodles in boiling water and cook them for 4-5 minutes. Then rinse with cold water and drain.

Serve cold with tsuyu sauce diluted in water and add some wasabi paste or serve them hot in a shirodashi soup (60ml of shirodashi for 540ml of water).

Ingredients: Wheat flour, buckwheat flour (16.5%), water, salt, yam (0.8%)
