Udon noodles - Curry soup
Thick udon instant noodles with a curry soup of chicken, leeks and carrots.
Boil 300ml of water and cook the noodles for 1 minute.
Add the soup stick, mix well and cook for 1 more minute.
Stop the fire and serve in a large ramen bowl.
You can add fresh cut onions or leeks, as well as chicken pieces.
Enjoy your meal.
