Sake Amanoto "Kuro-koji" Junmai
Unique acid of black koji with a citrus sweet fragrance spreading in the mouth. The acid may taste somewhat stronger in the first sip, but as you go on it will change to a gentle and pleasant acid in the mouth.
Asamai Brewery is located in the Akita region north of the main island of the Japanese archipelago, Honshu. This region is renowned for the quality of its rice and its abundant water sources.
It is an ideal place for making sake where the tradition has been perpetuated in family breweries for centuries. Asamai Shuzo is certainly the most well-known of the region and produces only Junmai sakes.
