White pickled ginger
Japanese pickled ginger to eat with sushi and sashimi.
The “Gari” is a Japanese condiment of pickled ginger in white rice vinegar. It sometimes has a pink appearance by food coloring to be more appetizing.
Known to be refreshing, it traditionally accompanies raw sushi fish or sashimi.
Ingredients: Ginger, Water, Salt, Acid E260, Vinegar, Humectant E420, Acid E330, Preservative E202, Acid E296, Sweeteners (E951, E955 and E954). Contains aspartame (source of phenylalanine).
